Delivering plenty of performance from the compact 747cc 3-cylinder, marine engine, the F30 offers exceptional versatility with both forward or tiller handle control options. The forward control option can be matched with digital gauges, including Yamaha’s feature-packed Command-Link system.

While the optional Multi-Function Tiller Handle comes with trim, shift, and throttle controls, as well as ‘start-in-gear’ protection and warning horn alerts, all integrated into the ergonomic handle.

With a sleek low-profile cowling design, matched with a silky-smooth four-cylinder engine configuration, inside of a compact and light-weight body, the F50 looks as good as it performs.

Within the F50 is a proven single overhead cam, 996cc, four-cylinder marine engine, that delivers an excellent power-to-weight ratio and exceptional refinement and fuel efficiency. Out of the entire 4-cylinder 50 horsepower category, the F60 is the only Japanese Manufactured engine in its class; which translates to superior reliability, refinement and quality that Yamaha engines are renowned for.

The launch of Yamaha’s F70 changed customers’ expectations of outboards in this category forever.

Beating in the heart of the F70 is a unique four-cylinder, 16-valve design activated by a single overhead camshaft. The 4-valves per cylinder valvetrain has dramatically increased this outboard’s volumetric efficiency, effectively transferring more air and exhaust at a more efficient rate. This makes the F70 more fuel-efficient, promotes a stronger torque band and makes the F70 lighter than all four-stroke and direct-injected two-stroke competitors.

The F70’s awesome performance offers huge versatility and makes it the perfect power option for a huge range of mid-sized fishing boats and pleasure craft.

The next-generation F90 is a direct evolution of the previous 1.5-litre model, delivering increased fuel efficiency, reduced weight and improved performance. Filling an important place in Yamaha’s class-leading mid-range line-up, the new F90 delivers the perfect power option for a large number of Aussie built boats that have a maximum hull rating of 90 horsepower.

The four-cylinder, 16-valve, SOHC 1.8L marine engine, is not only 10kgs lighter but an increase in displacement over the previous generation 1.5L engine aids in a richer torque-band.

The reduction in weight and improved compactness has been achieved through the adoption of a single overhead camshaft valve-train, which delivers smooth and efficient performance only seen in 16-valve, four-cylinder engines of this size.

The new F90 delivers a 10% improvement in fuel efficiency and a significant reduction in noise, through improved engine unit rigidity, muffler redesign and the addition of an intake silencer.

The Yamaha F90 is compatible with Yamaha’s range of Command-Link gauges, while its NMEA2000 compatibility allows for easy integration with third-party multi-function displays, GPS and fish finders.
